Friends and families gathered for a candlelight vigil at the Jefferson County Courthouse on Thursday to honor loved ones who have been victims of crime. The 21st Annual Crime Victims’ Candlelight Vigil, hosted by the Jefferson County Coalition for Victims of Crime, is part of the 2011 National Crime Victims’ Rights Week.
