Woman Dies After Wreck on I-10 at Cardinal Drive

An accident involving multiple vehicles shut down southbound traffic on Interstate 10 at Cardinal Drive near Fannett Road. Police said a car veered through the median and struck a vehicle on the northbound side, causing the wreck. Rescuers had to free the driver who was trapped inside this vehicle, center, using the jaws of life.
