Feast of St. Nicholas at St. Anthony's Cathedral Basilica

Students at St. Anthony Cathedral Basilica School donated new toys to the Empty Stocking Fund Tuesday morning. The students brought the toys to the basilica from the school where they were placed on the altar. Deacon Keith Fontenot blessed the donations with Holy Water before they were picked up by the E.J. Christmas Bureau volunteers. The school’s donation was in recognition of the Feast of St. Nicholas, which is celebrated on Dec. 6.
