Over at the Some Other Place Giving Tree, in the neighborhood of 3000 presents were being wrapped for their annual event. During the Christmas holidays, Americans wrap a lot of presents. If every three presents were wrapped in reused materials, enough paper could be saved to cover 45,000 football fields according to the Carnegie Mellon Green Practices initiative.
