Fog Halts Sabine Pilots Traffic

A tugboat pushing barges heads east on the Sabine-Neches Waterway Thursday near the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial Bridge in Port Arthur. Though large ships piloted by the Sabine Pilots have been fog bound since Tuesday, smaller vessels have been able to keep moving when the fog allows.
