Patricia Dale Hebert’s Body Found Inside Nederland Home

There was no crime scene tape around the home of Patricia Hebert on Monday, but the doors were sealed with blue strips of tape. The 67-year-old Nederland woman was found dead Sunday morning with a cut on the left side of her neck.
